Customs Broker (as defined in the CFR 111.1) is a person who is licensed to transact customs business on behalf of others.

Premier Logistics is certified by the U.S. Treasury Department/U.S Customs Service as a licensed Customs Brokerage.

Premier Logistics is also certified as an "ABI" filer (Automated Broker Interface). This designation allows us to connect directly with the U.S. Customs service computers and file entries electronically, resulting in speedy clearances.

Clearing goods through U.S. Customs is not a simple task. Every shipment entering the United States is subject to hundreds of customs regulations and thousands of Tariff classifications. One simple error could result in thousands of dollars in fines and penalties. We maintain an extensive training program to keep our staff up to date on the ever-changing laws and regulations.

In addition to the actual clearance process, Premier Logistics can organize the movement of your shipment from the vendor, in country of origin, to your door.
